Often when we want to change something or achieve a goal we plan for it, think about it, try to use will power and logic. These things are all important but they are all conscious techniques. Whilst we do need the conscious component to achieve our goals and improve our lives, it can be a long drawn out process filled with set backs, failures and hard work. The component we often miss is the emotional side, which is unconscious. If you think about it, you don't plan emotions, they just happen and everything we encounter in our lives is associated to emotion. The big stuff like new relationships, breakups, births, deaths are obvious. What isn't so obvious and we often don't think about is emotion attached to smaller things like the flavour of the food we decide to eat, the emotional response to running late, to wearing a certain colour top over another. Even the emotional benefits of something like smoking compared to not smoking.

This is where Lifestyle Hypnosis comes in. We do unconscious work, dealing only with emotional motivations, to make your goal and lifestyle changes easier to achieve. This kind of work takes out the repetitive actions, will power and continual conscious thought and replaces it with what we call unconscious competance.
