The purpose of Hypnotherapy is to affect change at the emotional level and give you the unconscious resources you need to make the changes you've been dreaming of consciously. Hypnotherapy achieves congruency or agreement between the conscious mind and unconscious mind, clears emotional blocks to positive change, releases old and out of date feelings and best of all is very relaxing.
There are lots of different of therapies and modalities available to choose from today. "Alternative" treatments are common place and have recently enjoyed being a first choice for many people over more "traditional" approaches such as counselling and medication. But why choose hypnotherapy?
