Habits are very easy to change once you know how and hypnotherapy is the answer to achieving this. I will teach you on an unconscious level how to change a behaviour and support it with conscious awareness of what has kept the habit going or prevented the right habits from forming. I help you get to the heart of the behaviour and use powerful techniques to make exciting and rapid change.

Appointments For Addiction
Duration: Each session will take between 60 and 90 minutes.
Cost: $160.00 per session (claimable on some health insurances depending on level of cover).
Additional Sessions Fee: After 3 sessions, $100 per session.
